I am the freeholder (converted house upstairs/downstairs flats - two leaseholders). One of the leaseholders has just installed some fencing to split the parking area at the front of my property without any contact or request for permission.
I believe the wording of the lease (section 11 attached) requires them to obtain my permission, would be very grateful if some one could confirm this is correct.
As I do not want a fence in this location, my intention is to send the leaseholder a letter advising them to remove the fencing and make good any damages. Is this the correct process to follow?
