Good afternoon all
I've bought a house with my partner at the time but the relationship has no broken down a year after moving in.
We had a joint mortgage signed 50% each which I have no problem with, however I put in more of a deposit, legally can I get the amount I put in for the mortgage from the proceeds of the house. Or will it be split 50/50 when the property is sold?
Nothing was agreed prior to entering into the mortgage
