I am going to do a S42 notice without a solicitor as I have done lots of reading around and think I can manage the process (plus I know a family friend who has had it done recently it did not seem that complicated).

I qualify as I have owned for 5 years.
A S42 notice seems pretty self-explanatory; I will serve the notice on the freeholder (who has incorrect details on Land Reg but has a different address on the annual ground rent demand, so I'll serve notice to to both those addresses).
My question is do I need to serve it to third parties? If so how do I know who? There is a management company so should I also serve to them? Is there anyone else I need to serve it to? Is this information found on the £3 land registry title somewhere?

    Thank you
