Hello, thank you for any advice. I can't find the answer elsewhere so was hoping for some help. If we have built a conservatory and accidentally encroached on neighbours land, who would be liable to answer the courts for the trespass / nuisance?*
My wife owns the property in full as registered at the land registry.*
I submitted the plans and was granted planning approval and paid for building control and even did some of the work.*
Is she solely liable as the land owner or me as the foreman of the work and/or husband?*
