  • How do i split title deeds with land registry

    Hi,

I need some advice, I own a freehold property, which is a mixed commercial/residential. I want to split the title with land registry, so the ground floor shop is under one title, and the flats above the shop are under a new title at land registry. Please could someone advise me on the process on this.

    Hi

You can do this by asking the current registered owners to apply to the Land Registry to subdivide a registered title.*

Please visit this website and it will provide you with what forms you need and please note the form TP1 should always be accompanied by a form AP1 or form FR1. (https://www.gov.uk/government/public...t-transfer-tp1)

    Thanks.
