My Son has moved into a rented house where the Landlord left the TV in a built in wall unit with a glass front.*
On moving in day he opened a cupboard in the unit and the glass fell down onto his foot and broke.
His foot was severely bruised and cut.
The glass was just fixed with magnets and black sticky tape and was not secure.
who is responsible ??
