Tenants in Common to Joint Tenancy

Some years ago my wife and I changed from Joint Tenancy to Tenants in Common for trust purposes. We have now cancelled the trust and wish to revert back to Joint Tenancy. I understand that we need to submit form RX3 and a Trust Deed. I have been looking to see if I can get a suitable template to use for the Trust Deed as I believe the costs are quite high to use a solicitor.

If anyone can help I would be obliged or alternatively if anyone can suggest a suitable firm/individual that would act for us at a resonable cost.
