  • How to deal with escalating harrasment.

Well it seams we are at the mercy of landlords despite having a legal agreement. so far in less than 3 months we have comme home to find the landlord in our garden cutting the already cut lawn. marching down our garden path whenever he feels like it. locked our garage and when he finally emptied his stuff out of it he locked it again. now apparently he wants to use the garage as a bargoning tool to get more money for the water. currently the agreement states the water is included in the rent as the supply is none domestic and therefore cant be charged. so he wont put his request in writing other than he wants to talk about water. so we get now weekly emails asking for my telephone number. At the same time the agents are now also wanting to visit.

what happened to quite enjoyment weve only bee n here for little more than a dozen weeks. yes we have paid on time.
