  • Downstairs shared freehold removing wall

Hi All, hope someone can help.

We we live in a converted property, split into downstairs and upstairs. We are shared freeholders and both have leases.

downstairs have begun removing a wall without letting us know - this wall used to be an external wall and I assume load-bearing prior to an extension being built.

They had previously mentioned that they wanted to do this, but we have had no engineering reports or details. The work has just commenced. Can anyone tell me what we can do to make sure this is done properly?
