I am selling my home, I felt pressured by the valuer of Springbok and have signed a contract for them to sell my home, but have not been given a copy of the contract.
I have been with them for 2 weeks but I am not happy with their service as they are virtually impossible to get through to and everytime I contact them over their website messages it is either ignored or they telephone me so I feel they are avoiding giving me anything in writing.
I want to terminate my contract with them but I have concerns that I will owe them for terminating earlier than my 8 week fixed term. If I haven't got a copy of my contract is it legally binding?
