At the end of 2014 a house was contructed in a piece of land ajasent to my house the people that built the house did not serve a party wall notice they was gangsters and was was very intimerdating to my me and my family , we had a side path iand a back garden gate at the side of our house which does not show in our title but had been there for 50 years according to neighbors , so they fenced up to our garage and said it not out ours , subsequently they built the house 1.5 metres from my garage and erected a fence up to my garage and attached to my garage wall with no permission, they have had drug dealer and riffraff since , now it has been sold on to really horrible aggressive people, we would like to know if we stand a chance of our side acces being returned and the fences being taken out of our garage (screwed in ) we have measured and found the garage has been biult slightly into there land by a few inches (was constructed( 1973)
subsequently this house has been built over an easement over a main sewer pipe as has cost millions of pounds to reroute all the sewer pipes as excavation could not take place (why wasn’t it knocked down)this had a massive impact on us as were next door and has there has been works going on outside our house for a year , as united utilities sold the land of in 2011
for £15000 and there seems to be a wall of silince and huge cover up by the council who passed the plans I even stated on the planning application (how will the sewer pipe ever be accessed
