More of a moan than seeking advice.
Downstairs neighbour had builders and plasterers in two weeks ago. Despite private parking notices they pulled up in my parking spot when I was abroad with work and left a trail of detritus from the rear parking area to the front of the building. They were chased out of my spot by another neighbour but have left the mess behind. Despite me sending two emails to this firm, neither has been acknowledged.
The neighbour getting the work done has been left in the lurch by this crowd but that's another story. I have told the firm that if the mess isn't cleared up by COP today, I'll clear it myself and bill them for it! As a homeowner, can I pursue them this way?
