A lot of hassle with the back and forth with his lawyer, as well as getting quotes and scheduling the works to signal to them that I am serious.
I do not have access to this area, we're making a change to the location of the bins and bike storage in a way that will benefit everyone instead of just the neighbour. See new drawing.
The funny part is that it is exactly what I offered to begin with, and he had to pay a solicitor to end up at exactly the same place.
