    Hope one of my fellow beagles can help?
    Land which my son has a right of way over has allegedly been sold to a neighbour to extend their garden the Land Registry plan shows this land which abutts his property marked in Brown.
    As far as he is aware the land is jointly owned by 6 houses all have garages 2 owners are preparing to sell .
    His plan shows area in brown the neighbors have only their garages marked can anyone offer assistance.He is trying to get copy of deeds from mortgage company

    Yip he'll need the deeds which should have the easement written in them.

    Is it land which runs across the back of all 6 properties? Is the land maintained by anyone? Who did the neighbour purchase it from ( council? )

      Thanks Ame land is side of property with access path behind all 6 the furthest houses are the ones selling these houses are selling land to another not one of 6 3 pairs of semis sons is left hand one with 5 to his right land abutts his property and has 6 garages on it and driveway from next road.
