    Thank you for making this a lot clearer I have bought a DIY will pack to put my share of the house in order and as I know Dad is going to be reviewing his will (my parents have separate wills and own as tenants in common on a property worth around £200,000 I'd recon) mines worth £130,000 so in all under the inheritance tax threashold i believe.I wish thing were in easliy understandable terms.My daughter has just bought a house with her partner and thinks shes ok as its tenants in common ....a conversation for the future as I guess I or her dad woulld be next of kin as shes no will and not married.
