Getting CCJ removed

I have paid CCJ within 30 days to get it removed, how long should I expect to wait for the claimant to provide a letter of proof of payment after requesting it to send to the court. Is there a regulated time scale?
it was L W Legal collecting an old parking fine. I am in the possess of a mortgage application so its quite urgent.
