I have decided to go down the N316 route as a step towards the recovery of a debt of just under £2k owed in rent. I'd be grateful if members can advise me as regards:-
(i) the relevant Court to which I make the application - is this down to my choice i.e. the Court house local to me or the debtor?
(ii) any general advice members might be able to offer as I've never been down this route before.
I have also learnt today that there is something called a Judgment Summons. I'd be grateful if members could please shed some light on this in comparison to the N316 above.
