Hi Everyone
I received several directions from the court today in respect of my claim using the Small Claims Track and one particular direction states:
"ABC Ltd shall be substituted as Defendant in place of XYZ plc. Filing and service of an amended claim form and particulars of claim is dispensed with."
XYZ plc is the parent company of ABC Ltd and both have the same service address.
I would be most grateful if anyone could tell me what I need to do next in respect of the amended claim form etc.
