Him All,
I have recently taken my partners case from initial claim through to, yesterday, getting a final charging order.
I now wish to go for an Order for Sale. I am aware of the difficulties and CPR rules but the basics are my partners brother gained probate and ran off with the money (some £80,000) which should have gone to three benificiaries. Police didn't want to know so forced to go the civil route although there is overwhelming evidence of Fraud.
I am now preparing the paperwork but cannot find any examples of a Draft Order to accompany the Application (N244).
Any advice on a basic Draft Order would be appreciated or do I not send one?
Regards,
Chris
