  • Contempt of court procedure

I had small claims hearing on 08/01/2021 where the defendant was represented by a disbarred barrister (disbarred for lying) and was allowed to present the case for his client under the layman representative act.

It was no surprise that throughout the proceedings the disbarred barrister lied throughout, claimed documents within the bundle were submitted without the defendants notice or approval (I have e-mails stating that it was acceptable to include documents) and produced documents that were not included in the court bundle, thus breaking civil procedure rules, in my opinion.

He also verified the defendant's witness statement which within contain a number of lies and other disingenuous comments.

Can anyone please tell me how to go about contempt of court proceedings on this basis?

    Thank you.
