Dear all,
I am exploring worst case scenarios in respect to a strike out application I am currently facing, which I regard as being fanciful. This said, as we all know, nothing is guaranteed in litigation and judges are certainly not infallible.
Does anyone know what the maximum amount the Court can order a judgement debtor to pay by instalments when they are surviving on nothing but state benefits? I believe there is a maximum amount of circa £30 per month?
Sincere thanks.
