Disciplinary in school job

I am under a disciplinary at my old school of work. My new job is with the same council, could any outcome affect my new job?

I've informed my new head and she has been very supportive and has been told nothing about it from the local council.

You have done an important thing which is tell your current school head.

I presume your contract of employment is direct with the Council and not the individual school you work for. If so as to whether any outcome of disciplinary taken by your old school has an affect on your post at your new school will depend on the action, if any, that they determine.
