Akinika Debt Recovery Limited

My bank, Halifax, has passed a debt out for collection whilst it remains in dispute.

I have received correspondence from Akinika that the debt is undisputed yet I sent them correspondence I had sent to Halifax to dispute this!!

Akinika have said that there is no contract with them they are only attempting to collect on behalf of Halifax.

They have also said that there is no deed of assignment as that rests with Halifax yet when I asked Halifax for this they denied to answer.

Any advice please!?
