Threat to sue for psychological harassment?!

Sorry I'm posting it once again , but i wasn't sure in which exact section i should , and i will leave one here!Hello! (Sorry for the bad english)

I've been threatened to be sued for pshychological harassment , which I genually haven't done anything that will lead to this , but the person who is threatening me is so commited that he is going to do, it starts worrying me (You've might seen this many times before , but i GENUALLY HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING and since the person who is willing to sue me has so much money than me . makes me think I can't do much about it... The whole story is that , we are students in England , housemates who are both foreigners. It all started roughly 1 month ago , the story is so pathetic you wont even believe it ! I'm a man (20 yrs old ) she is 21 yrs old ( I do believe it matters , because as far as I remmember , the court is more willing to be in favour of the women instead of the man )

So , one of the 2 sinks in our house was full of dirty dishes , which really annoyed me so I decided to ask everyone in the house to clean them and so we can finally use our second sink again. I messaged everyone in our group chat and let them know that I will throw the dishes in the dump if they don't clean them up. It passed 4 days , when I actually dumped them into a bag and stayed there for about 7 hours.

Then my 2 of my housemates were on the turn to throw the dump for the tomorrows collection ( we are 5 men and 2 women all students , 20 years old) So they did it . Then , ( at the same evening) when the girls found out ( suprise) the dishes were thrown , had a little fight with me and the other 2 guys and they just took the bag from the dumper. Then no one talked to each other thats all .

Now one of these 2 girls , has a stereo system which is really loud and she doesn't care about what time she listens to music , in this particular case it was last night at 1:30 am , the stereo system was on max , as usual , and that annoyed me and the people which rooms happened to be around her's. SO me and 1 of them decided to pull of the fuse , because it was like the 5th time they are having a party in their room with loud music, and we decided not to talk with them because they were doing it on purpose because we are not talking with them so they think by doing parties in their room would annoy us and give us a lesson, and simply just pulled the fuse.

The electricity stopped and the girls decided to check it out , they knew we did it , they turned th eelectricity on and 1 of them then started to play with it - turn it on off and we told them to stop , they did it and simply went out went out to send their girlfriend to her home. On the next morning , the girl with the stereo system send a message in the group chat that it was broken and we need to pay it . I decided to not ignore her as usual , and told her that it wasn't us who broke her stereo system it was her girlfriend ( the second housemate) fault ,because she was playing with it and we simply turned off only 1 fuse and she was playing with every single one.( One of my mate said that his phone was charging and it acted strange when the girl was playing with the fuse , but after that it was working completely fine ( I wasn't believing her that it was our fault , since she didn't say anything last night ).

Then she started to insult me , so I insulted her back ( not as much as her) and left the group so I don't have to read her insultings about me and my family. Then she ran out to my door with kicks and shoutings and swearings to come out and talk with her father on the phone, I told her , since she is not acting like a normal person I won't do it . Then she came again , and said if i don't talk with her mom on the phone , she will sue me for pshychological harassment. I said she is crazy and just ignored her. Later in the evening my housemates were so overwhelmed about all the drama she is doing that we decided to talk . I tried but all she was saying is that my parents are trashes and her father is comming from germany to here (sunderland) to sue me , and make sure i don't study here anymore and make my life miserable.

Pretty strange , who is actually the victim? And this is actually the short story , this girl is only making dramas and makes the rest of the people living here unpleasent. What can you suggest me to do ? She is very serious about it and I don't think she is just threatening me?

Ah the student days of old. My personal opinion is simple, move out of the house.
Furthermore, I think you need to calm down. When I was a student in student accommodation I remember that we were threatened by the cleaners that the whole of the saucepans and plates would be confiscated because they were all used and not washed up. When you live with 7 people you cannot get on with them all of the time, however, you do have choices in life. If you can move out then do so because clearly you can do without this.

I do think that you have been acting a little silly and taking things to extreme levels. The washing up, is not particularly a major issue in my opinion so doing something about it yourself or with the help of others was a little childish. In terms of playing with the electricity, you could potentially have either complained to the landlord if this was continuously playing, you could have politely asked the person to switch the volume down or worst case scenario telephone environmental health.

If she is making personal insults then clearly she is the one harassing you BUT your actions are provocative as well. Am not sure whether you want to speak with a tutor at University who might make other suggestions to the one I have. If it is student accommodation provided by the university then you might be able to transfer to somewhere else in view of the fact that you don't get along with the housemate.
