I've been looking around the site for an answer to this query but haven't found one.
i have done a SAR and as part of that received an illegible copy of CCA for Morgan Stanley Card cira 2006. Barclays later brought Morgan Stanley/Goldfish and took over this card.
i have defaulted on the debt so could be taken to court for the debt. i wonder however, the OC having provided me with the illegible copy if they are then allowed to drawer up a recon to use for court purposes? but how would i be able to check the illegible copy terms against the validity and accuracy of the recon?
what will/will not be allowed for court purposes?
alternatively if a link on the answer could be provided i would be greatly appreciative.
