I received form N252 Notice of Commencement of Assessment of Costs and schedules detailing the costs but I did NOT receive a Certificate of Accuracy. Therefore no partner signature verifying accuracy and no mention of my payment of £X thousands.
Does anyone know if the missing document is sufficient to claim Defective Service (if yes what do I do)?
I am trying to find a cost draftsman however everyone appears very busy or a long way away (if it goes to court).
