Through Expedia UK online booking, I booked and paid for a luxury 7 seat 4x4 for 5 adults and luggage for an important family gathering, we were driving over 400 miles, when I went to collect it from Norwich Airport on the 3rd April,I was told there were no 4x4s on the company fleet and never had been and all that was available to me was a 4 door saloon, I had been dropped off and left at the collection point so I had to take the smaller vehicle, we had to leave early the next morning and had to do the trip crammed in the smaller vehicle, we are all very disappointed and what should have been an enjoyable family trip was an uncomfortable disappointment, am I entitled to a refund?
