Confused,went to see well known solicitor in city for advice on correct procedure to request copy of app for search warrant.
He gave me good 10 min lecture on issue of warrants.In short,he tells me this is not America,here the police do what they like.Reasonable cause
,alls the officer needs to say is information received and a warrant is issued by magistrate or super..surely this cannot be the truth,i left his office totally confused,he tells me i will have all info when i receive prosecutors disclosure of evidence.
