Hi
My 3.5 year old high end PC monitor (purchase price £1000) has developed a hardware fault. The manufacturer is offering no help as it is out of warranty. Before I carry out my own research I thought I'd check on the forum in case anyone had looked into this or a similar issue and knew of any specific caselaw ruling on durability for this product type?
Thanks

In October 2006, Ian Rowland paid £3,080 for a high-spec laptop from online retailer Alienware. He chose the laptop because it could run two powerful graphics cards at the same time.
