Hi Guys,
Im not entirely sure of where I should be posting this..
Basically what i'm wondering is, a) I have a charge that shows on my PVG which is enhanced. This is from August 2007. Will this ever come off? b) As this was quite a while ago is it not spent? As I was 16 at the time. Do I still have to declare this on job forms?
The charge was theft by shoplifting & I work in the Social Care sector
