The go to the named address. The police attend, supposedly to prevent a Breach of the Peace. The Warrant is then served upon the occupant by the police.
Does that make the Warrant invalid ab initio? What is the situation if the police not only serve the Warrant, but force entry (with XXXX following in their wake)?
