  • Some advice please...

Ok so my wife bought some shoes about £20, They fitted ok at the store, but after a whole days use they started chaffing away at her foot and started to be very painful, we went back to return them and they wouldn't accept them back, even though they were unsatisfactory for purpose, or is there anything else we can invoke to return them?
possibly just give them away to charity now!!! since the wife can't wear them, I just want to rub the smirk of the sales assistant face she was being all self righteous grrrrr.

For the sake of 20 quid? Make a fuss on their facebook page, ring head office and register your complaint, then if you don't get anywhere write it off. It's wrong but it's £20.
