  • breach of solicitor/client confidentiality

Long story guys.....my daughter was given a conditional caution 2 years ago for assault she got into a fight and was reported.....the law firm who represented her at the time are now representing 3 young ladies who assaulted my daughter and another girl. The solicitor has openly informed the court that my daughter has a caution from early 2012 when he was cross examining her......surely this is a breach of her client confidentiality.....can anyone advise......he appears to be using that to discredit her although she was left unconscious by these girls in a case of mistaken identity they thought she was someone else and are actually pleading not guilty. She also has messages via Twitter and facebook from them asking her to drop the charges I've advised her to show them to the prosecution before the trial re commences at 2pm....I'm very annoyed at the defence solicitor but apparently he can do that but it doesn't sound right to me.
