  • Appellants Notice

I have to prepare an appellants notice before 16/4/13 without any legal representation .We were a victim of the Cartel group ,and their legal department CCLS which was closed down by the SRA .
It started back in January 2007 when we got a cold call from a broker asking if we would liketo consolidate our debts ,plus extra money for personal use ,with PPI included .Within a couple of months it ended up as a secured loan against our property ,which is in Scotland but the T&C were under English & Welsh law .
It was a flawed aggreement with all the typical Terms:missold ,hidden commission ,multi layered,PPI not optional ,and credit cards payed of ,original loan cleared ,new loan created to cover these debts ,plus extra cash into my bank, and more PPI on top paid upfront .
Hindsight is an exact sceince after the fact .If the loan company and stuck to their own T&C we should never have been given the service ,it was unsustainable, and unaffordable.
It is a bit short notice but can any one help.
    Thanks

    Re: Appellants Notice

It is very short notice but before anyone could really help .......much more information should have been made available sooner ......without this info it will be very hard .....I suggest that you ask for far more knowlegable people to and off such things such as Pt2357 or Celestine....who "may be able" to help.
