Solicitor was representing a client who slipped outside a car wash after 12 months of continuous dialogue he then decided he did not want to pursue action on behalf of his client.

My father was representing the car wash proprietor

Time and investigations into why the solicitors claim had no proof - local council meetings to prove this claim was basically false as my father proved.
Can he not claim from the solicitor ?
