Can someone please advise if it is correct of otherwise that a CC in dispute can,
1. Be sold to a third party i.e a DCA
2. Charges and interest still be added to the account
3. That it is no longer an offence for a creditor to fail to comply with CCA 1974 S78(6) for more than a month and that s78(6)b has been repealed.
