  • Dca starting a court claim for a company struck off companies house

most of us are aware a dca can instigate a court claim if they have not been assigned the debt but put the original creditor as joint claimant

    BUT WHAT IFF

the original creditor has been struck off of companies house, welcome finance for example, and the dca then issues an n1 claim with welcome as the claimant and all coresspondants go to the dca

how can a company be a claimant if that company no longer exists
