  • Statutory time limits

    Dear group,

If a letter before action is sent re a harassment case and the defendant is time wasting so that you just run out of the 6 year time limit for one of the incidents, is it possible to apply to the court to include that particular incident?

    Many thanks

    Julian

    Re: Statutory time limits

    Hi

I take it you are considering civil action under the 1997 act?

Why do you not just commence proceedings if they are ignoring your LBA?
