  • Certified True Copies question

    Hi folks,

Who (or which class of person) is authorised to certify copies of documents?

I know that Commissioners of Oaths, Notaries Public, solicitors, barristers, legal executives, & licensed conveyancers are allowed to.

Can any other Tom, Dick or Harry?

      Re: Certified True Copies question

      Hi Charity,

I have had to sign documents as being Certified Copies in my status as a charity trustee. An authorised bank employee can sign under certain circumstances. I think the answer to the question is "What are the circumstances?" as this appears to govern who can sign. Sorry I can't be any clearer.
