    Briefly solicitors pusuing me for 4 years re credit card (alleged debt ) court case stayed 3 years ago as they didnt supply information they then resurrected tried to get summary judgement as they still hadnt supplied proper documents case was deferred till this year they have now givne notice of discontinuance .
    This was small claim can I as litigent in person claim
    costs of travel to the one hearing had
    costs re time producing letters documents etc per hour and for photocopying etc
    any advice on what i can claim and cant will be helpful and rates

    I believe you can claim LiP costs at £9.25 per hour. As far as I'm aware that covers everything, but I'm happy to be corrected.

      was your stayed claim for penalty charges or shall we say unlawful charges to the said account?
