Just a Sar (plus £10 fee) to VARDE and the CPR31.14 to theirs solicitors.

No need to send £10 fee again to MBNA or Experto, just send the letters i posted earlier today, but make sure you send the right one as advised in my earlier post to the right company, i.e. 1st letter to Experto and 2nd one to MBNA.

And yes i would be shut in 2hrs if i was up against myself lol.

No need to worry about the defence just yet, its when you get a week away from the court date and they have failed to fulfill the CPR31.14 when you need to issue the embarressed defence.

After all till we have the documents etc from the CPR31.14 then we can not put together a defence against their claims, as we simply will not know without the cpr31.14 documents what it is, that they are basing their claim on. So let us know when you know the court date, and remind me a week before the court date.

Also if they do respond to the CPR31.14 let me know. As for the SAR responses we will only need to look at them if they do comply with the CPR31.14.

Hussy i have pm'd you a template defence to use, for your situation, all you need to do is put the dates you sent the CPR request to vardes solicitors, then file the defence with the court. I haven't posted it on the thread for confidential and privacy reasons i.e. never know whos watching and we wouldn't want to give them a heads up on what your defence is.

I suspect you will get the same response from the solicitors that billy got the other day asking for a stay.
