  • Insurance Request Advice

I received a letter from some solicitors in the past weeks, thye claim that I was involved in an accident with enterprise car, that the Motor Insurers Bureau paid over £1.5k and they are requesting this from me. This they claimed happened about a year ago.

As a fact, in my years of early driving, I was involved in a number of near misses. But it is interesting to note that the name they have issued the letter to is like but not my name, also the plate number is like but not my plate number. But the letter was sent to my address.

What are my rights in this respect and how should I respond to this demand letter.
