  • Magistrates hearing

I have been asked to attend a hearing to have a liability order set aside. The matter has already been dealt with earlier this year but the court is now telling me the earlier hearing was for a previous liability order.

This is categorically incorrect, I have repeatedly submitted information to reinforce my position and asked for clarification from the court that has not been forthcoming. The hearing is Friday, do I attend as requested and explain the situation to the magistrates? Where would I stand with regards to compensation for my time?
