  • Photos of street art in one's blog and copyright.

    Hello.

What are possible (if any) legal implications of publishing the photos of murals / street art in my personal blog and Instagram (both are interlinked, i.e. refer to each other), and/or showing them in my YouTube videos? Would doing so be considered fair use? I am not inteding to commercially profit from those images in any shape or form (i.e. no mech with those images on it, nothing similar), yet the blog itself is monetised via affliate links, ads, own merch (merch of completely own design, nothing to do with the street art pictured) and similar. YouTube channel is also monetised. The blog is a general blog, not specifically dedicated to art.

    Thank you.
