Find Debtor: After CCJ

Hello,

Judgement have been awarded me against a defendant who cannot be found by Bailiffs.

I have a photo of his colleague who actually received/took the money from me.

I know that If I can find his colleague, I will be able to find the defendant.

Can I use his colleague's name and photo on Social Media in an attempt to locate him/them?.

Please advise.
