Restarting custody case in MD. My ex previously had an attorney, but to the best of my belief he does not currently have representation. (I overhead a collections call on behalf of former attorneys over a year ago)

With my initial filing, I would like to include a notice to all parties that, while I am including his previous attorneys as a courtesy, to the best of my knowledge they do not currently represent him, therefore will not be included in future court notices until I am advised he retained counsel.

Can you help me find a form number for this?

    For those in the UK

    Certificate of service, form N215 - https://www.gov.uk/government/public...ate-of-service

    Notice of acting, form N434 - https://www.gov.uk/government/public...e-of-solicitor

These do not apply in MD, which I guess may be Maryland.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
