  • Taxi Firm's Business Address isn't legit!?

    Is this even legal?

This taxi driver, who setup his taxi firm in November 2011, is currently £36K in debt according to Companies House.

There is a concern that this taxi driver is using his paren'ts address, which is a private residential property, as his business address, is this even legal?

I'm quite certain under the Title Deeds, certain properties are prohibited from running a business from the premises.

    Any advice?

Addresses for companies on Companies House are registered addresses, not necessarily where a company operates from. They are simply nominated correspondence addresses.
