Do I need to be worried?

So I made a complaint to the police and its been sent to the Professional Standards Unit at (SO15) Counter Terrorist Command & Protective Security Command

Sorry for the font size I copied and pasted it from complaints response.

Is this normal?

If the police officer(s) you complained about were working for SO15 then that sounds logical, otherwise no idea.

Wait and see what response you get.
