  • Witness statements

We were advised to get witness statements for an appeal court hearing.
These were provided and digitally signed and completed with proof of id( passports and driving license) and submitted in the bundles.

    My question is
Was it the solicitors job to inform us they would be totally useless and disregarded by the court because the witnesses were not present ?

can I suggest that you collate in one document all your questions about your lawyers' conduct of your case.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now in academia. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

I'm not sure why you've started another thread, that's 3 threads. You only need the 1 thread.

I'm very sorry that I have started 3 threads and wasn't aware it was a problem.
I am not familiar with the rules of forums.
I will ask to be removed and my posts deleted

You only need to use one thread, otherwise people advising you will have to refer to 3 different threads, which could lead to confusion.
