Being kept in hospital under Section 3 and having my rights messed about with - being in and out based on how doctors/nurses feel and not rational thinking

What can I do? I was stopped from even going on a break to get some fresh air. I was told that I might run away, I've got a fractured brain and need care, not mental health supervision.

I assume the OP means s3 Mental Health Act 1983.
